Headteacher's Welcome

A very warm welcome to Shooters Grove Primary School.

We hope that you find our website informative and that you get a flavour of our school ethos and our passion for teaching and learning.

Our website includes lots of very useful tools such as; registering to receive school newsletters by email, a choice of language in which to view the website, a page containing 'current forms' and 'useful forms' to respond to online (rather than returning slip of paper), a news feed of the events in school, a gallery of pupil work... and much more!

Our School

Shooters Grove has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in which the children feel safe, secure and valued. We currently have 412 pupils on roll aged 3-11 years who are organised into fifteen classes (including our nursery).

The governors, pupils, parents and staff work together towards a shared vision of continuous and carefully planned improvement.

Our children receive a broad, balanced and stimulating curriculum which aims to prepare them with the skills for the next stage of their education in a world that is forever changing and offering new challenges. Our dedicated team have high expectations of all pupils in terms of their work and behaviour; we offer challenge and support appropriately so everyone has the opportunity to achieve their potential.
